Talk Android

A cohesive package of design, hardware, and software integration

LG X Venture

from Talk Android
The LG X Venture isn’t a phone for everyone, but it’s also not supposed to be. If you positively need the latest and greatest, this phone likely won’t even be on your radar, but if you’re looking for something that’s well-rounded and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, you might have a winner... A decent enough phone in isolation, but it can’t challenge a flagship

LG G6

from tech2
I really wanted to like the G6. The concept videos and the initial leaks described a stunning phone. But LG was too late. LG made a grave mistake by launching this phone after the stunning Samsung Galaxy S8. The G6 is in a very awkward spot. It’s not as budget-friendly as the OnePlus 3T, and it needn’t be, but it’s also doesn’t deserve to be called a flagship... Full review

Packs a decent array of features

LG G6

from TechSpot
One area where LG strongly succeeds is the design. The sealed metal-glass chassis is well built and far more premium than anything LG has made previously. The display is one of the G6's best features. It’s taller and therefore larger than before, occupying more space of the front panel while shrinking the bezels. Like with the Galaxy S8, this makes the G6 look futuristic, while providing excellent brightness and an extremely crisp 1440p-class image... Full review

A big step forward from its predecessor in many ways

LG G6

from Digital Photography Review
The LG G6's main selling point is its secondary camera that offers the convenience and flexibility of a super wide-angle at the press of a button. However, it also comes with extensive manual controls and good video quality. If the sub-par image processing at base ISO is something you can live with, the G6 should be very high up your new smartphone shortlist... Full review

Compact design, sturdy build quality, decent battery life

LG G6

from The Mobile Indian

To sum up, LG has finally built up a great phone as compared to its predecessor and has added some interesting features. The star of the show is the new LG FullVision Display, though it is still at niche stage and with Samsung following the suite, we believe that the new aspect ratio might become a norm in 2018. However, using an older processor has definitely put the smartphone on the back foot. No doubt, this is probably one of the best devices from LG, but when compared to the competition, it becomes a tough job for G6 to compete with other flagship devices. If the company drops the pric... Full review

Phone Scoop

A simple, bread-and-butter experience

LG K10 (2017)

from Phone Scoop
The K20 V is a value phone that delivers an uneven amount of value. The hardware is fine, if a bit uninspired. The materials and assembly are decent, but I was a bit disappointed by the screen's resolution. Thankfully core functions such as call quality and battery life are above average. I wish data performance were better... Full review

An absolute beast on the spec sheet

LG V20

from Android Guys
The V20 is still one of the best phones you can get today. It has great build quality, a great camera, good battery life, and the best audio experience on the market. It might not stand up to some 2017 flagships, but if you can find it for the right price, it's a good choice... Full review

This phone will prove to be a highly satisfactory choice

LG G6

from NDTV

If you're in the mood to spend a ton of money on a flagship smartphone right now, chances are you want it to feel futuristic or at least cutting-edge. The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ gave us that excitement, and after spending time with those two devices, the LG G6 doesn't quite feel like it's on the same level. Thankfully, it doesn't need to be. The G6 is priced and positioned very smartly, one step below Samsung's offerings. It looks nice, feels solid, runs like a dream, and takes excellent photos. It's honestly the next best thing, and could be the better choice for people who are looking... Full review

Coolsmartphone

Brilliant design, top-end quality and a gorgeous screen

LG G6

from Coolsmartphone
Interested in this one? Get one. Get the black one if you can, it makes that curved screen melt into the chassis better. This, in my belief, is the phone I wanted the G5 to be. That bulbous, interestingly-styled G5 camera and the modular non-waterproof design? Looking back at it, with the G6 sitting here in the flesh. This is definitely how the G5 should’ve turned out... Looks slightly better than its predecessor

LG K10 (2017)

from The Indian Express
LG K10 (2017)is hard to recommend given there are a lot better options in the same price range. For Rs 13,000, you can easily get a bigger battery, Full HD display, and definitely a better design (that’s subjective though) in a smartphone. For instance, there’s Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Moto G5, Lenovo Vibe K5 Note or even Honor 6X that offers a dual rear camera setup means that for LG K10, convincing potential buyers will be very hard... Worst phone ever put in place of my hand.

LG Joy

The battery dies so quick, even when the screen is off, it's generally a slow phone, all the apps crash and the camera is the worst. Trading it for an iPhone.

Unless you're used to iphone or Samsung galaxy this is a perfect little smartphone. Great call quality, good screen, battery life, can't complain as I don't use my phone as a laptop replacement. It's perfect

I see people banging on there phone all the time like they have nothing else to do. Most have zero personality so smart phones replace that part of there liefs. I have plenty to do without chatting with someone else all day and making my life tolerable. I'm 23 and hate smart phones, I have one but use my LG 441 more, one handed use is perfect. Get one you might have a personality after all. If your a democrat you have no idea what I just said and go back to your cave. Less

BEST of mine

LG KF600

I fell in love with this phone/ as it reflects my optimal user style - the screen is interactive (I'm highly visual) + it's very comfortable to hold & type too. Extremely user-friendly. It's really sad I can't find a new one like that again!

About LG

Few cell phone manufacturers have received as much attention as LG over the past several years, mainly because they keep coming out with great devices. LG is responsible in large part for turning cell phones into show phones, with sexy form factors, brushed metal fascias and functionality to back up the good looks.

LG is an enormous multinational corporation with 75 subsidiaries throughout the world, but their cell phone division has truly been one of their showpieces. You may be familiar with the “Shine Line” of phones that include a number of shiny flips and sliders that have racked up huge sales for carriers.

By 2005 LG was a Top 100 global brand. In addition to great cell phones, LG is the largest manufacturer of liquid crystal displays.

The company got its start in 1958 under the name GoldStar, making radios, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners.
