Smartest Dumb-phone you can get!

It also works with Nokia's OVI services, such as OVI calendar, notes, to-do's, contacts, files, etc. It's supposed to have OVI mail on it too (for push email), but the phones from Bell don't seem to have this feature which is disappointing. Since the 2730 has a real phone OS (S40) it has loads of apps and games available from the OVI store and other places online. When I was looking for a new phone I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank, and that would also allow me to sync a calendar and email. This phone is the only phone you can get (around here, at least) that does all of this and a lot more. If only the Bell versions had OVI mail (Google does have a Gmail App for S40 though, so it's not too bad. Physically, the phone is a good size, not too big, and it looks great. Good screen and reasonably-sized keypad. Less

Nokia 2730 Offers Many Good Features

For connectivity, the Quad bands, including GPRS truly makes this cell World Class. Sound quality is above average. FM tuning is a nice feature to have to get music and news. The key pad is a little small yet it is quite manageable. It should have a clear indication when it is fully charged though. B...More

Can barely dial and number and it drops out

I have small fingers and can barely dial with the keypad and for some unknown reason people keep telling me the are losing half my conversations. I am not sure if it is just a faulty phone or the new Bell network in Halifax but I am returning this phone for something with a real phone pad. Alan
