Why can't I log into Fido website?

It always says: "Sorry we are currently having technical difficulties".




Hi there. Which website are you referring to? I guess not our website since you were able to log-in and post this question. If it's your carrier's website, just check every now and then to see if their website is up already. Like what you mentioned, their website is currently having technical difficulties and the best we can do is to be patient and wait ^_^
