Verizon Wireless gave me a new phone as an UPDATE. Well....it is time for a real phone now but I have all my grandbabies and all my contacts on it. I can not save my data because I can't get into the phone and Verizon Wireless doesn't know how to do it either. How to I save my pics and contacts?
