8.9/10
Informr score
The Samsung Galaxy S10+ currently has an Informr score of 8.9 out of 10. This score is based on our evaluation of 78 sources including reviews from users and the web's most trusted critics.

As the largest -- and priciest -- phone in Samsung’s S10 lineup, the S10 Plus promises the best experience around. But the differences between the S10 Plus are more subtle than the marketing lets on.

It shares many similarities with the smaller S10 and S10e, including:

  • Screen resolution
  • Processor
  • Water and dust resistance
  • Rear cameras

The only major difference lies in the front camera. Where the other two models use a 10MP front-facing lens, the S10 Plus also includes an 8MP depth-sensing camera to provide bokeh effects and other tweaks when taking selfies.

The screen size is also slightly bigger at 6.4 inches.

There are, however, a few more options available than on the other models.

Storage options include 128GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

If you opt for the 1TB model, you can also choose from two exclusive rear shells -- ceramic black or ceramic white. However, some reviewers felt the ceramic colors felt cheap.

The 1TB model also includes a whopping 12GB of RAM as opposed to the 8GB of the other models. This should help heavy multi-taskers and add some future proofing to the phone. But some reviewers question if a phone needs that much RAM today.

Lastly, there’s a 4,110mAh battery. For most reviewers, this was the best reason to consider the phone over the smaller S10. No one had issues hitting a full day on a single charge, with many lasting into the second day with little worry.

If you’re looking for a phone that won’t leave you worried about charging, the S10 Plus is definitely worth considering.

CNet summed up opinions well, saying, “Galaxy S10 Plus is a killer phone for 2019, although serious photographers will find its nighttime camera shots lacking.

Otherwise, you’ll find same stellar performance, excellent screen, and sluggish fingerprint scanner found in the S10. For more on what to expect, be sure to check our S10 Review Summary for more information.

One of the best phones you can buy… if you have the money. While expensive, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is worth it for the screen alone. It’s powerful, great for video, but not the best camera snapper on the market.

The Samsung Galaxy S10+ puts in an overall solid performance for both recording and playing back audio in most use cases. A lack of bass power may be a problem for some, especially when coupled with the device’s relative lack of overall volume. Those weaknesses are countered by a good sound stage an...

There are some advantages that the Galaxy S10+ offers, including a 3.5mm headphone jack, water resistance, wireless and reverse wireless charging and solid performance. The camera is good too, if not excellent. The QHD+ Super AMOLED screen, form factor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos are clearly t...

It's undoubtedly the best Samsung flagship ever made, and it can hold its own in a lot of areas. It's not the perfect smartphone for everyone, but it could very well be the best smartphone for most people.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus isn’t perfect, but it is excellent. The screen, with its beautiful (if slightly pointless) curving sides and punch hole cameras, is incredibly sharp and bright. The phone’s battery life is remarkable, and its speed is breathtaking. Yes, Bixby isn’t great, and yes, Samsung...
