I've had it for two days. It's doing what it's supposed to do as far as the basics are concerned and it looks and feels really nice, Call quality is good, it has a nice calendar, media player, good camera, but I find the use of the phone not very intuitive. For one there are way too many icons on the menu that are linked to a Samsung or Telus site that is trying to sell you something. Also, with this phone, as with any other phone I've ever had, it's again very difficult, if not impossible to load and transfer contact data. I wonder why that is. Isn't this a common issue for millions of users every other year? Why is there no satisfying and simple solution to this? The touch screen is ok, doesn't always respond reliably, even when it vibrates to indicate it has got the input. Then again, most of the time it does work well. Has anyone found out how to close the Media Player once it's open, by the way? Another thing: you can write a memo by hand onto the display. My handwriting is quite clear, but the gadget never recognizes what I write. Another completely useless feature. You've got to wonder about the people who make this stuff up. Have they even tried it? Anyway, just pretend it isn't there. There are also no games other than tumbling dice. Nada. Pretend you never wanted this phone to play games anyway. Another pet peeve of mine: the proprietary connection for the headphones. Would it have been so expensive to add an audio jack, either as an adapter or in the phone? Pretend you didn't get it to listen to music in the first place. So, like me, you'll probably end up not using at least half of the feature of this phone, because they suck. If you pretend these feature weren't there in the first place, this is actually quite a nice phone, camera and media player. HTH - Rien

Don't get this phone. Apps don't work properly. Conversion tool broken. Phone cannot do basic math properly. Cannot load and save approved Telus ringtones. Cannot load mp3 ringtones. The list of problems with this phone and the included apps is ridiculous. No firmware updates since the phone was released to repair ANYTHING. How this phone passed basic QC is a total mystery.

Soooooo WRONG, really bad.

I had this phone for 5 months and it broke 3 times for the same reasons : I can hear ( not that well, it's very average ) BUT NO one can hear me !?? My phone rings, I answer and no one hears my voice. It's frustrating and exhausting because after 3 times at the repair center.... it still totally useles...More

My phone rings, I answer and no one hears my voice. It's frustrating and exhausting because after 3 times at the repair center.... it still totally useless. Since I had that phone, I had only problems. I went to see a cell phone expert and He told me Telus was giving those phones away because they suck. They are really cheap, NOT user friendly at all and super fragile. Be careful when interested to buy this phone : it's a real scam ! I can't even tell you more about the other fonctions because I had NO time to try them : my phone was most of the time gone for repairs.... Less
