The Verizon Wireless Razzle is a minor update from the Blitz, as the most noticeable change is the new rotating bottom with QWERTY keyboard and music controls. The Razzle continues to have fairly mediocre reception and call quality, which is a concern if you plan to use it mostly for phone calls. The overall design and style of the Razzle is teen friendly, and the low price does help if it’s accidently damaged or lost, but the Samsung Intensity is in the same price range as the Razzle, yet it offers better reception and still comes with a QWERTY keyboard.

ANSWER FOR MUTE PROBLEM

Jacquelyn- in case you havent found out yet, there is a little key next to the space bar that has a picture of a cell phone shaking on it, if you hold down that button it should turn vibrate mode on and off. if you use your keyboard lock you shouldnt have the issue of it turning on by itself.

Mutes itself

I like the Razzle, but it mutes itself or puts it on silent and I miss calls. Can anyone help me?

LOVE IT

Everyone in my immediate family has the Razzle phone (4 of us) and we all love it. We have had them for a year now and we have not had any problems. Keyboard is GREAT for texting!!

Don't get this phone

My son got this phone for Christmas the phone started freezing up a couple months later and then started putting random letters when texting. We called and they sent him another one. That was only about a month ago and now this one is doing the same thing. This phone had a lot of problems. Would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Great Phone

I got this phone as a free upgrade on my plan. It seems to be a great phone, but it lacks feature options. It has an 1.3 megapixel camera but no video, no wifi.Clarely not a smart phone.

Razzle

Love it,love it, love it no problems my hussband and I love it.

pretty goood

The phone is overall well built and doesnt have problems with the swivel keyboard as expected. I have had it for over a month with no problems what so ever. the keyboard is easy to use and overall i love the phone.

TERRIBLE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY.

Had this phone for less than a week and the problems began. Bugs, having to take out the battery all the time, alarm, contact & calendar resets. Sometimes my texts wouldn't make it to the recipient and I was unable to receive them time to time. The phone looks cool on pictures, but in person it is a cheap piece of junk. DO NOT GET IT!!!
