Awesome phone! Why aren't they making such nice phones this days anymore? Reliable, easy to use, good reception! Made of metal, which is not very common this days. This is a phone for real men! Police and security officers still use it due to it's robustness and reliability. I have had it for over a year, and would not trade it for any other phone, not even Razr or Silvr. And if you want to take pictures or listen to music, go buy yourself a digital camera or iPod! Less

v60i-still good after 5 years

bought my v60i 5 years ago still works fine have not even needed to change the battery. has no fancy features- like a camera or any other gimmicks. voice activated dialing works like a charm

It is the opposite of sleek, small, and sexy.

We have to remember that when this phone came out, we didn't have the razr or the slvr. We had big flip-phones that had the most amazing feature, a phonebook! It was only okay during it's time, but now it's just plain crappy!

does what it needs to do.

aside from randomly turning off and telling me i don't have a sim card (a hardware issue that rogers refuses to deal with, as i've swapped a couple sim cards with no avail) i totally dig this phone.

Bad

This is quite possibly the worst phone fido has ever come out with. i had it for just about a year and by the time i got a new phone i threw this one as hard as i could. i could not charge it half the time nor could people even reach me on it. There were times that i was within 200 feet of the person calling me and i was "unavailable". If, by chance, you currently have this phone, i reccomend taking it by to fido and useing it to break the display glass so you can steal a better one... ANYTHING IS BETTER!!! Less

As Tracfone in our area, it doesn't work.

This phone doesn't pick up our digital signal. It doesn't pick up here until you are about 80 miles away. Terrible experience with this phone. Hours on the phone with Tracfone trying to get problem solved.

I've taken this phone back 3 times and the fourth is on the way. A guy at Fido said they have returned thousands due to a software problem. I've taken this phone back 3 times and the fourth is on the way. A guy at Fido said they have returned thousands due to a software problem. They keep giving me phones and they all have the same problems - bad reception and they crack in your ear. I had an earache for a week. The same guy said some people have come back 6 or 7 times to return the phone. I have personally had it with motorolla and Fido. Less
