I've only had one cell phone before this but since buying this one over 2 years ago I haven't needed another. It is quite durable, dropped it a few times... once in a urinal and the battery life is decent. There are many things this phone does not have (a few reviews mentioned a camera) but I bought it knowing this so it's not an issue. What is really cool are all the features I didn't want to pay for but the phone had and was pleasantly surprised. There are lots of games still available, with the Motorola software you can transfer pictures, audio files (wav, MP3) and videos all with a standard mini USB cable (no stupid special grotesquely expensive connections). You can also sync the phone's calendar to MS Outlook. The best part of all was that it only cost me $25-50 (sorry I don't remember the exact amount, it was 2+ years ago). Rogers had a Christmas special for $125 including the phone, $25 air time and a $50 mail in rebate. For my purposes this basic phone, with a few nice features, serves me very well. Unless it breaks I will keep using it. When it finally does pack it in my next phone would have a larger screen and more memory. Less

good phone

I think its a good phone. A camera would be nice but it has all the needed features. I havent had any problems yet and so far It has worked very well and is a very durable phone. I have dropped it many times and ya it still works perfectly.

decent phone

This phone is pretty decent for what you get on it. Bought with prepaid package ($149.99) of $100.00 free minutes with $50.00 mail-in rebate one year ago. Design ok, camera would be nice on my model. Pretty hardy phone too--i dropped it a couple times and still survived. The battery life is awesome--still has close to the same life it had when i bought it. the one problem i encountered: not very good service in all places in Ontario. no problems with dropped calls/messages in 1 yr +. Horrible Phone

I've had this phone for almost a year now. Little did my provider tell me that MOST of these phones came with a bug in them when distributed. I've had this phone for almost a year now. Little did my provider tell me that MOST of these phones came with a bug in them when distributed. I sent my phone in to get it repaired and it came back nice and fixed, except for the fact all my contact numbers and ringtones were deleted from it as well (again fault of the service provider) Not only that but a few months later the glitch was back. I definatly dont advise anyone to get this phone. It drops calls and loses text messages like crazy. The only good part about it was the battery life which lasted a long time. Less
