Certain files received while on android messenger wont open(dl) phone says I need to install sd card???
Hey Gary. If you're thinking of storage for your personal files (images, videos, audio), what you're looking for is a microSD card. According to your phone's specs, it should be able to use microSD card of up to 64 GB.
But if I'm wrong and you're looking for a SIM with more storage. The most you can get is a 128k SIM. If you're purpose is to backup your contacts and messages, I suggest that you use apps like SMS Backup & Restore (link) to back up your messages and simply sync your phone contacts to your Google account for back up.
In my experience, I can't remember the last time I used a SIM to store contacts and messages, I always do it on the cloud.
