Why does the camera screen come up when I first turn on the Alcatel One Touch Pixi Pulsar?

Hi Bonnie. Is it from when your phone is locked that camera screen comes up first? Some phones have lock screen with the default option to unlock is unlock or unlock then go to camera. Can you check that please.
