What to do when Kobo Aura HD's touchscreen malfunction?
Why do my pages on my Kobo Aura HD go backwards when I touch page to go forwards & also when I touch the middle page & my home button shows up they are arrows at bottom, I touch those & nothing happens?

If it is a defective unit, then contact Kobo and ask for a replacement. Or simply take it to the store where you bought it and let the experts check it to be sure with the problem. Good luck!
