Learning new stuff can get really frustrating sometimes. Just a bit more patience and you'll be able to figure it out. You can also ask help from a friend who knows more about mobile phones.

Hi Helen. Pressing the Alt key will just display the symbols page. If you want to use capital letters press Shift to convert the alphabetic character into uppercase. I hope this helps :)
