Why are calls not being accepted by new chip?

Hi John. By new chip, do you mean the SIM card? Have you activated your SIM yet? If you haven't yet, you can do it from the T-Mobile UK website ➔ click here.

But if SIM has already been activated yet you still can't receive calls, you should contact T-Mobile UK to report your issue. They should then check your account and fix whatever it is that is causing your problem.
