Pls guide which phone to buy I m impressed by huawei y 300 but its download speed is slow so i m going for se choice htc desire s is my desicion corrrectcond?

Dear sir i have i have a question about desire s , when we upgrade it to ics what the remaining ram available from 768 before upgrade to ics, and the upgrade does it effects on the internal memory of 1.1 gb also?
