I want to download the software to upgrade this alcatel one touch 3040 i want this phone to work like it says it should .I will be using my windows 7 hp lap top to download the software on to

Hi again. Just click on the link I provided in my answer to your previous question. I'm also using Windows 7 and I was able to install the One Touch Upgrade Tool from Alcatel.
