Hi Majid,
Most if not all mobile phones right now are being manufactured in China as a business prerogative. Usually, there is no difference since they follow the same schematics provided by HTC. You just need to make sure that you purchase HTC m9+ on a legit store since there are many phone copies w/c at first look, looks original but it's not.
