I alerady talked with the people at the store. The icon it's still there. And nothing is in the jack. I wonder if there is any way to reset of to check the phone.

The headphone icon should mean that an audio device is attached to your phone. If there's nothing attached but the icon still shows up, I suggest you have your phone checked. Visit the store you bought your phone from or an authorized ZTE repair center.
