Sonim xp 7 screen went back and now red led is on when charging and still wont turn on after being plugged in
It was at about a quarter battery life when all of a sudden the screen went black, phone would not turn back on so i plugged it in and tried again.. Still wont go and led light is red and flashes real fast for a few seconds once unplugged.. Does this mean the batterie is no good?

Unfortunately I have the same issue with two of them and both will not turn back on even after 24 hours of undisturbed charge and numerous button combinations. Called Sonim directly but they want me to bring the phones to a repair center, pay for the repairs as their out of the warranty timeframe then they will ship back to me at no additional cost…. Any recent updates as to what the resolution is??
Hi DJ. Can you try using the charger you used with other phones? Just to make sure it is working. Also, try to press and hold power button longer and see if it turns on.
