Why can't people hear me on my Sony Xperia E5?
The first time this I rebooted the phone and the phone seemed fine, however, it has happened again about a week later. Is there something else I can try to prevent this from happening?

Hi MargoLiz. If you are using a case, check if it is blocking the mic. Might as well check mic if any dust got stuck in it that may be blocking the sound coming in it. Also, check the screen while you are in a call, make sure mic is not muted.
