Why can't O2 transfer my old number from old phone?
O2 have spent 2 weeks saying they will transfer my old number from old phone (old type sim) to my new Doro 8030 which has the new sim. Why cant they do this

I'm sorry but you should ask them. Please contact O2 customer service to know what's going on. It's usually just 24 hours to transfer your number to another SIM.
