Can you use MP3 as a ringtone on a Rogers Samsung A706?

I am new to Rogers, and I bought the Samsung A706 phone. I have a couple questions:

Does Rogers let you use your own MP3's as ringtones?

If so, does anyone know how to get mine to work on this phone, or where I may be able to find out..?
