Why won't Alcatel Pixi 4 (5) ring sometimes 'til I restart it over?
I got a mobile Alcatel pixi4 since 7 months. It works OK except for that sometimes it does not ring at all,till I restart it over. It does that every day. it is very annoying I have to restart it once or twice daily to keep it ringing.Can you help me and tell me the reason and if possible how to fix such an error. Thank you

Hi Hesham. Have you actually noticed it ring but not make a sound? Cause there was one time I thought this is happening to me as well, but actually I just no longer notice the ringtone. What I did was change the ringtone and start noticing it again. I hope that helps.
