Does it cost $0.35 per minute to make a receive calls on PC Mobile phone?

Its $0.35/min for long distance calls. Local calling would count towards your local minutes or $0.20/min for local calling. If you do not have unlimited incoming calls which starts at $35 - $50/plans then it is also $0.35/min for incoming.
