Why won't I get any sound when I get a call on my Motorola Moto X Play?
I am not receiving any sound when I get a call from others even though my ringtone volume is at maximum in Moto x play. what is the solution for this??

Maybe you are in silent mode? While in standby mode, press volume up key to get out of silent mode and to increase ring volume.
