How to turn on and off the LG Bliss?

i dont know how to turn it on and off!!!

Turning the Phone On
1. Install a charged battery, or connect the phone to an external power source.
2. Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds until the LCD screen lights up.

Turning the Phone Off
1. Press and hold the power button until the display turns off.
