Some people managed to root Huawei Valiant using Cydia Impactor.

What they did was something like this:

1) Go to Valiant > Settings > Developer Options > CHECK USB debugging.

2) Download Impactor for windows, mac or linux.

3) Connect phone to pc

4) Run Impactor - click Start at the first option (# drop SuperSU su to /system/xbin/su)

5) Your phone screen should flicker (know not what exactly happened)

6)Your phone is rooted! {I checked with rootchecker - Success}

Later installed Titanium and SuperSU - works.
