When I reset mine power the phone off. Then press the power and volume up button until it says UMX on the screen then I released both and pressed both simultaneously again just for a second and then the no command Android screen popped up. Once again simultaneously press and release the power and volume up buttons together and the reboot screen will appear hit the volume down button to go down to wipe data factory reset then press the power button to choose that option! Confirm the wife once again by going volume down to yes and press the power button once again and your phone will be reset! Hope this works for everybody! Take care

Power the phone off and simultaneously press the volume down button and power button at the same time even when the android logo comes up until it says no command. And then wipe data. And click yes. Hope this helps!
