Ok this is hard. Can you open Settings? If you can, look for the option with an icon with the letter A in it, that's Language & Keyboard. The first option in there is Language. Please check.
Which ZTE phone are you using? It's usually in Settings -> Language & Keyboard -> Languages. Let me know which language your phone is in so I can help you translate it.
