Hi Upuli. Which phone are you using? Some phones have built-in call and SMS blockers while some don't. You usually can find it in Messages > Settings > Message blocking and Phone app/dialer > Settings > Additional settings. If your phone doesn't have it and it's a smartphone, you can easily download an app for blocking calls and SMS from the app store.
