How to access the Bell Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) FM Receiver?

I know the Galaxy A5 has a built-in FM Receiver which I guess BELL has disabled (although they told me otherwise at point of sale) to force users to pay for streaming radio apps data time. Is there not some way to access and activate it? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

disabling the FM tuner chip on Canadian mobile phones is criminal because of safety concerns in rare cases of emergencies when there's no power or any network available.

Hi JWW. Try installing SpiritF (link). Don't forget to plug in headphones before starting FM Radio. Let me know if that works.
