I have a 12 month old almost unused Doro Easy 518 (?) and the red key marked with an envelop, used to send/receive SMS does not do anything. It has never done anything but i have another simiular phone which was set up at the purchase occasion and the SMS key works.

How do I set up or activate this key please?
