How can I check if the hardware (motherboard, touchscreen, etc) has been replaced or if a software fix has been applied by the support team?

For this phone (Huawei Coolpad E570 Porto S) I have a few questions.
The issue is that I bought the phone last year 24th of August and the phone has never worked properly. As this was my first smartphone I didn't know, until much later. The phone has enough memory for the 20 icons on it and an extra memory card, plus I started removing cache and cookies quite frequently after the issues appeared more often. The issues the phone keeps having are:It has a "freeze-crash-reboot" sequence intermittently, without any reasonIt crashes and reboots without warning intermittently, sometimes even when it is just lying unused next to meIt crashes and reboots intermittently for a few hours (seriously!)It will keep rebooting intermittently until the battery is depletedIt will drop a call or chat without any warning, intermittentlyIt sometimes will scatter all grouped icons after a reboot, without any warning or reasonSometimes when opening an application it will crash and reboot without any warning or reasonThe phone will do the same with other SIM card inside
I have reset the phone to factory default without success and I've returned it to the company where I've bought it for repair and if possible to replace.Unfortunately, the support team says that they "cannot find anything wrong with the phone". The phone has been for "repairs" 3 times already and the last time they said they swapped the touch screen. After I received and I went home the phone wasn't showing me any icons, but only when I touch the screen it would show them faintly. I took some pictures just in time before it crashed and rebooted back to normal. The last time before I carried it back, the phone crashed and reboot again, but this time there was no more software on the phone. It was completely black with only 3 icons in the top right corner.
Could you please tell me, how can I check if something was really fixed on the phone? Also, how can I test if these issues have really been fixed when I receive the phone, instead of waiting a few weeks for it to happen again?I understand that it is very difficult to troubleshoot or give advise when you do not have the phone with you, but I really need you to try.
Thank you in advance for your advise and have a nice day.
