I was a mobile customer until August 10, 2023. My acco?et up an appointment with a live rep. Do I have to resort to visiting a mobile center ?

My name is Pauline Adams I am Everett"s wife.
He is in the hospital and cannot pay his Koodo bill. I don't have any of his codes
to get into his account and I am not very good at computers.
He paid his last bill on sept. 28/22 for $27.46 His account no is ********.
Would it be possible to put a hold on the account for a few months so that it gives
me time to try and figure this out.
