Is there a way to bypass Google account sign in on my Coolpad Rogue?

I recently purchased a T Mobile Coolpad Rogue...   

It was factory reset. Now it is asking for a previous Google account sign in..

I am unable to retrieve that information...

Is there anyway around this... ?
