Why does Koodo Mobile charge my credit card wrongly?

Hi there,
I have noticed that my credit card has been charged three times in the month of August. I haven't asked for automatic top up in August 07. I am assuming that it could be the base plan but it should have been $15 instead of $28. Could you please rectify this error as soon as possible.

I am getting to the point that I might consider cancelling my plan with you guys. I have been your customer for more than three years but I lost some confidence since charging my credit card without my permission is the act of irresponsibility.
