Why can't I hear callers on my Punkt MP01?
A few days ago, I stopped being able to hear callers on my Punkt MP01 phone.
I can hear them when I turn the speaker on, but not otherwise.
Do I need to have something replaced?

While on a call, press volume up button. Maybe you accidentally lowered it on a previous call.
