Can I change the name and address so I will receive my Koodo Mobile bill and to make sure I am paying the right amount each month?

I own the phone in question but at the time of purchase it was put in my daughter's name as she did the purchase for me. I have paid the bill each month regularly through my on-line banking. Circumstances between my daughter and I have changed and therefore I am requesting these changes. Please note that I have not been given a copy of my bill/statement in several months, so I do not have any idea if I am paying the correct amount. Hopefully you can assist me in this matter.




Hi Joyce. Yes, you can change the account information. But you need your daughter to do it for you since it's under her name.
