Why can't I save photos from messages nor forward messages on the Samsung Galaxy Ace 4?

I have an Android  version 4.4.4 Model number SM-G357FZ. Cannot save photos in a short MMS message or forward a short message. Is these functions missing or do I make a mistake?

Hi there. Have you checked your APN settings? Make sure they are the same to what your carrier is providing.
