I've had the phone for just over a year. I started having problems with it about 5 months ago. These problems were/are to do with major crashing of apps 5-15 times a day which require a phone restart to get the phone running again. My boyfriend who knows a lot about technology suspects it's an issue with the RAM or storage. As well as this, I have an issue with occasional flickering screen. It was sent off for repair three weeks ago and I only got it back two days ago (they said it would be 5-7 days so I'm not impressed with it at all). Not only did they make me wait way longer than promised, but they didn't even fix it! It took them three weeks to do a "software update" and if anything, the phone is being a lot worse than it was before I sent it off! I'm now currently dealing with the fact it won't turn on. It was charging all night and I was using it this morning. I stopped for a bit, and when I tried to use it again it had turned itself off. Nothing that I've read online works and when plugged in it just has a blue light. I'm planning on sending it back to Acer in two days anyway but I want to try to turn it back on before I do so, any suggestions?
