My Alcatel One Touch phone I got with MetroPCS is not working, can someone help? It is not allowing me to use the home or back key. Also when sliding on the screen to open the phone it takes a few tries for it to work and only few apps will now open. Once I'm in an app I can't go back and am not able to reset or turn off the phone without pulling out the battery. I did a master reset to my phone but still nothing is working.
