Why can't I download apps from Google Play on the Motorola Moto G?
I want to download some programs, for example, google maps or google news and others, all free, but when I tap download it starts but never finishes. Something prevents them from downloading and putting the icon on my start. Help pls. Motorola G

Hmm.. That's odd. Try this: go to Settings > Apps > look for Google Play Store and open it, tap Clear data. Then try opening Google Play store again and see if it changes anything.
