Thanks so much Mr tony.... I had the same problem as the other user ..yet I don't even recall turning the alarm volume down let alone putting it in silent mode. Just to clarify this works on the first screen that comes up when you press the alarm button. Once you increase the volume by hitting the volume button the alarm sounds will be usable when you go to set an alarm. I will probably download an additional alarm app as a backup.

Had the same problem. When you are on the alarm screen, increase the volume using the side button. You will see a small alarm clock volume control come on the screen and increase the volume to your desired level. It worked for me. Good luck!

Try changing Audio profiles, make sure you're not in Silent mode. Then check alarm settings again. If it's still like that, I suggest downloading alarm apps from Google Play store.
