Why can't I attach short video to a text on the Motorola Moto G?
Why can't I attach a short video to a text? Single photo is no problem? I take photos and send to friends via text, but short videos will not attach. Any answer will be appreciated.

There's a limit how long you can send. Have you tried other apps like WhatsApp to send videos? Or upload it on DropBox, make a link for it and then send the link to the person you're trying to send it to.
