Why aren't there ring sound on the Motorola Moto G?
No incoming or outgoing ring sound?

check moto assist
i thought mine was not working but i noticed there would be a voice answering the phone
at first i thought it was voice mail
it was only after i noticed it was actually moto assist
Make sure your phone is not set to Silent mode. Press the volume up button to raise the volume. Let me know if that works.
