What to do when Alcatel One TOuch Pixi 3 (4-inch) gone to guest mode and I don't know the password?
My phone gone on to guess mode in my pocket but I dnt no wot the password is i need help

You might need to hard reset your phone if you forgot the password. Here are the steps:
1. Power off your phone
2. Press volume up and power button at the same time to enter the Android System Recovery menu
3. Select English as language
4. Using the volume keys, scroll through the menu and choose Wipe data/Factory reset. Press the power button to confirm
5. Choose Yes (to confirm again) or No (to cancel)
6. It will only take a few seconds for the process to complete
7. From Android System Recovery menu choose Reboot System Now.
Wait for a few minutes while your phone restarts. You can now access it.
