Why won't Alcatel One Touch Idol Mini switch on straight to homepage like it normally does?

I tried to switch on my Alcatel One Touch Idol Mini for so many times but it doesn't work properly. Its screen keep showing me 'Alcatel One Touch' and 'Smart Move'. Can you please tell me what should I do?
