Hi Bill, I found a user on the Motorola Forum who posted about the exact same problem -- blurry screen on his Motorola Moto G. The only thing is, he says his problem occurs intermittently. Have you tried resetting your phone back to factory settings? It has worked for at least one user who has posted about the problem online.
