Simply use a data cable to connect your phone and PC. Once connected you will see a notification for USB, open it and choose USB storage or Media device.
You can also use AirDroid (link) to transfer files wirelessly from your phone to PC, it requires a Wi-Fi connection. Make sure Wi-Fi is in the same network as the PC.
