Why can't I save my contacts on the Motorola Moto G?
hi,
when am saving any contact in my moto g phone.. is saving in my gmail account... whereas in other phone there is an option to save in phone/sim memory which am not able to see..

Sometimes i face the prob that when i open up the contact list its blank. No conact are displayed, then everytime i need to restart the phone.. this is ridiculous
Hey, I've had the same issue. The only way I have managed to fix it is by making sure it is linked to Google account. Do this by ... add contact, create new contact - on this screen you should be able to see which account it is linked to like hotmail etc. To change to Gmail . . . in the same screen scroll to bottom and select 'more fields' then change account from the drop down. My contacts have saved ever since.
I have the same problem, and it's very frustrating. I have had many Android phones and this is the first time the phone does not give me the choice of where to save the contact: SIM card, phone or google account. There are some contacts that I do not want to save on my Google account.
Whenever I try to save a new contact at that very moment it shows the contact saved but after sometime it disappears. It din happen once but maby times. I have to sane a contact thrice them it shows up. Please help to solve this issue
Hi, I am facing the same issue. This is one of the worst issue I have with moto g. Moto should provide choice to the customer and should be user friendly instead it forces user to save contact's only to email account. This is insane. What about the users who doesn't have Internet. I really tired using this worst phone. There are many other options which are not user friendly. I hate moto.
I am also facing same problem. Unable to save no. N also unable to pick calls. But there is no solution here only problems listed
